Cues

The table lists the available cues in the Role Center:

Section	Cue	Description
Entries	Draft Reservations	All reservations with the internal status Draft.
	Today’s Activities	All activities that start at the current date.
	Unpaid Activities	All confirmed and closed activities at, and prior to the current date that have not been finalized.
	New Activities	All new activities created on the current date.
	Canceled Activities	All activities that are canceled on the current date.
	Waiting List	All activities set with internal status Waiting List.
Miscellaneous	Active Promotions	All prices and discounts that are marked as promotions.
	Tasks	Shows all open tasks that are due on the current date.
	Overbooking Warnings	Shows the number of over-bookings that need to be attended. Note: You must open the drill-down page and run the process to check over bookings, or have the process executed automatically by batch job.
Admission	Issued Admission
	Admission Tracking	Overview of all admission arrival logs for the current date.
Deposits	Deposits (Balance)	Shows a list of all reservations that have paid deposits and are still open (not finalized).
	Deposits Due	Shows a list of all deposit schedules that are due for payment at the current date.
Rentals	Pickups	All activities that include rentals and start today.
	Returns	All activities that include rentals and end today.
	Overdue	All activities that include rentals and have ended, but rental units have not been returned.
Groups	Draft Groups	All new activity groups that have internal status Draft.
	Arriving Groups	All activity groups that are arriving. By default, the reference date is WORKDATE. You can, however, specify in the Activity Setup if the Arrival Cue also shows groups arriving within X number of days.
	Current Groups	All activity groups that are currently confirmed at the current WORKDATE.
	Departing Groups	All activity groups that are departing. By default, the reference date is WORKDATE. You can specify in the Activity Setup if the Departure Cue also shows groups departing within X number of days.
	Unpaid Groups	All activity groups that do not have payment status Fully Paid.
Events	Draft	All activity events that have internal status Draft.
	Active	All activity events that have internal status Confirmed and are within the current work date.

Insights Sections

The Insights part of the role center contains three views (or parts) which each display vital information on the current state of activities, products, and resources:

Activity Timeline - always shows TODAY's or WORKDATE activities in chronological order. From the action menu you can drill down to the relevant Activity Card, Resource Card, Client Card, or Reservation Card details.
Resources - shows all active resources, their current status, and the number of activities assigned. From the list you also drill down to the related activities.
Products - shows all active products and pricing information. From the action menu you can change the order sequence of the list, and whether the list is based on activity type or resources. You can also view the details of the product, that is images and attributes, as well as the availability view for each product.

Activity Front Desk

The Activiy Front Desk role center is presented like a day plan for the bookings, so you can easily see information relevant for today's work. This includes information on any deviations reservations that might be beneficial to know in organizational aspect.

The Action bar lets you easily open the Point of Sale (POS) or create a New Group Reservation, open the Activity Matrix, book activity or pay reservation.

Arrivals	Departures	Shows today number of arrivals and departures. Click this tile to display a list of those reservations.
Reservations	All reservations	Shows reservations arriving today and also all confirmed groups and reservations. Click this tile to display a list of those reservations.
Groups	Groups and res.	Shows group reservations arriving today and groups and reservations arriving today and later. Click this tile to display a list of those reservations.
Activities	Current activities	Shows activities scheduled today and later. Also shows current activities. Click this tile to display a list of those reservations.
No shows	Waiting list	Shows No shows from Today - 3 and forward. Also waiting list today. Click this tile to display a list of these reservations.
Unpaid	Open Balance	Shows unpaid and open balance reservations.
