The Criteria section lets the user set the date for the Availability FastTab and also preset the client selection which might result in different availability, if the availability has member club restrictions.
The Availability FastTab shows the available time slots for the product you selected on the Products list. The displayed intervals are according to the default interval setting for the product or the related activity type.
If the interval type allows, you can edit the interval setting for the selected date, which is then valid for all products using that interval type for that particular date. Note: This is mostly used for golf tee time settings.
The number of days shown in the Availability list is according to the Activity Type settings, that is the value in the No. of Days in Availability field.
By selecting (shading) the lines, the chosen time range can be filtered to view only availability for a certain time range.
Tip: To add products to a My Favorites list, which is displayed at the top of the Products list, select the product and click Add on the FastTab's action menu.
The table below describes the columns on the Availability FastTab:

Actions on the Availability FastTab

| New Activity | Create new Activity (appointment) based on selection in view. |
| Edit Intervals | To edit the current interval settings (if applicable according to the interval setup). |
| Go To Date | Go to a selected date in the Availability FastTab. The user can also use the on screen calendar to select the date. |
| Go To Day | Go to the next week day in availability. |
| Time Range | High light the availability lines and by selecting time range then the view will only be showing availability for the selected time range. |
| Reservations | Show all reservations related to this product which are reserved at the same time as the selected availability line. |
