How to: Search and register Parental Responsibility

Use this procedure when you need to register parental responsibility for a child.

To register parental responsibility

1. Open the Customer Identification screen.
2. Change the Requested By field to Delegate. The Register Delegate/Official Errand window opens.
3. Enter the NIN (National Identity Number) of the person with parental responsibility. The system automatically looks up the person's name, surname, and date of birth.
4. The system displays a list of customers for whom this person holds parental responsibility. A column in the list indicates entries that are from parental responsibility.
5. Select the desired entry from the list.
6. Confirm the selection by pressing OK.
