How to: Assign an Agent to Pharmacy Customer

To add an Agent to the Pharmacy Customer Card

  1. In the Role Center, click Customer Service action on the Actions menu.
  2. On the Customer Information FastTab, type the customer's ID in the Customer ID field, and press Enter.
  3. Click Customer Card on the Home action menu. The Pharmacy Customer Card opens where you can edit all fields, if necessary.
  4. Go the Address FastTab and select the Agent No.
  5. Click OK at the bottom of the Pharmacy Customer Card.

When an agent has been assigned to a pharmacy customer, it is possible to create shipments for the agent and create sales orders through the agent.
