To see all shipments that have been created
To see all sales orders that have been created on a certain customer
In order to work with Agent Shipments, a prescription order must be made on the customer that has the agent, see Prescriptions.
To create an Agent Shipment
- Click the
icon, enter Pharmacy Agent List, and select the relevant link. - Select a line that already has sales order(s), and click Actions - Process - Create Agent Shipments. Once you click the action, the Retail Sales Order List opens. An agent shipment has now been created, and the Agent Shipments page opens, where you can view all shipments on the current agent.
- Select a line that already has sales order(s) and click the Edit action.
- Click Calculate and Add Extras to Orders to calculate the order. Commission, freight, and other charges are now added to the shipment.
- Click the Create Agent Shipment Credit Memo action. The Sales Credit Memos page opens for view where you can post the memo.
- Click Agent Shipment Orders and Credit Memo to post the shipment.
- Click the Show Posted Documents action to see all posted shipments.
To see all shipments that have been created
- Navigate to the Agent Shipments page, where a list of all shipments is displayed.
To see all sales orders that have been created on a certain customer
- Navigate to the Agent Shipments page.
- Select a shipment, and click the Manage - Edit action.
