The activation phase is the fourth and last step of the Assortment Suggestion process. After the selection, rating and proposal phases have been completed, the Total Score, Total Rating as well as the proposed Replen. Assortment Group are available for all items on the Replen. Assortment Suggestion Worksheet page.
Items are rated either as good or bad candidates for Replenishment. Based on the ratings, you can assign Replen. Data Profiles to items. Select one or more entries and click the Apply Replen. Data Profile action.
You can review the proposed Replen. Assortment Groups. You can keep or change the proposed values as needed.
To assign Replen. Assortment Groups to items, select one or more entries and click the Apply Replen. Assortment Group Code action.
These operations are archived in the Replen. Activation Log. In the log, you can see the items that have been activated using this tool, view the detailed information, as well as the date and time of activation.
The Replen. Assortment Suggestion Worksheet page provides the following fields to assist you with the review and apply process.
- Active Views: You can use the Active Views to display only the relevant fields that you want to see.
- Active Filters: You can use the Active Filters to display only the Items that you want to view or update.
- Update Rule: You can use the Update Rule to update multiple entries at once. The field can have the following values:
- Current Line Only - If you modify a field in the current record, this is applied to this record only.
- Filtered Lines - If you modify a field in the current record, this is applied to all records in the current list view, based on the active filters.
- Marked Lines - If you modify a field in the current record, this is applied to all records with an active Marked check box.
