Planet Tax Shopper Registration

Package for the Shopper POS Panel (Shopper Registration)

To enable the POS panel with shopper details, you must import and apply the following configuration package:

• PackagePLANETTAX_v231.rapidstart.

After importing this package into LS Central Back Office, all POS terminals will have access to the required data.

Register a Shopper in POS

To open the Planet Tax shopper details panel on the POS, configure a POS button with the PLANETTAXSHOPPER command.

1. On the POS, add the items to the transaction.
2. Click the button that has the PLANETTAXSHOPPER command assigned.

   

3. When the button is selected, the following panel opens:

   

4. Fill in the required Planet Tax shopper details, or use a scanner on the virtual station.
5. Click OK to confirm. A success message is displayed after the shopper information is saved.

   

Note: Travelers under 18 years old are not eligible for Tax Free, and the system will not allow the tax refund to be processed.
