Setting Up Service Flows

You may need just one service flow in your business or you may need to set up specific service flows for each hospitality type.

For a flow that is not for a dining table service, the setup is very simple.

For a dining table service flow, you have more choices in how the flow can be set up.

To create a service flow

  1. Click the icon, enter Service Flows, and select the relevant link.
  2. Create a new flow with an ID and description.
  3. Fill in the fields on the General tab as necessary. The system makes active statuses visible and updates the relevant fields for the service flow lines and dining table pop-up menus according to your selection.
