The Statement Line table contains the calculating results of a Statement
When you calculate a statement the program calculates the total tendered amounts from the Trans. Payment Entry and
inserts the results into the statement lines.
The system either uses the Trans. Tender Declar. Entry as
Counted Amount if tender declaration was performed on the POS terminals or it uses the counted amount entries if you
have provided them manually. Then the program calculates the Difference Amount between the transaction sales amount
and actual counted amount in each tender type that needs Counting Required.
The Statement Lines are structured depending on the Method of the store to which they belong.
If the statement method is Total the program creates a line for each tender type in the transactions.
If the method is Staff the program creates a statement line for each tender type in transactions
processed by each Staff members.
If the method is POS Terminals however, the program creates a line for each tender type in transactions
processed by each POS Terminal.
