In the Norwegian version of Business Central, Microsoft takes care of the backend Business Central Localization specific to Norway. This includes managing the Norwegian Standard Audit File - Tax (SAF-T) for sales and other activities that are not carried out at the point of sale (POS). The SAF-T file is a standardized format for reporting financial information to the tax authorities.
LS Central, on the other hand, handles the specific requirements for the Audit-file - Tax (SAF-T) related to POS transactions, digital signatures, and other regulations related to Cash Register Systems in Norway. These requirements are specified by Lovdata, the Norwegian legislation database.
For more detailed information about the local functionality provided in the Norwegian version of Business Central by Microsoft, see Norway local functionality.
