Company Information

1. Click the icon, enter Company Information, and select the relevant link.
2. In the General FastTab:
   • Enter the company’s registered name and address.
   • Specify the Post Code and Country/Region Code from the catalog where the company is located.   
     • Country/Region Code: Used to supply precise country information for address fields in document submissions. These codes follow the ISO-3166 alpha-3 standard.

       

     • Enter the company’s contact phone number.
     • Provide the VAT or SST registration number.
     • Enter the BRN (Business Registration Number).
3. In the Communication FastTab:
   • Specify the company's official email address.
4. In the Malaysia Localization FastTab:
   • Select the company’s Industrial Classification code from the catalog.
     • Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC) Codes: These are 5-digit numeric codes representing the taxpayer’s business nature and activity.
   • Provide the TIN (Tax Identification Number).
   • Specify the TTX (Tourism Tax Identification Number).
