Replen. Assortment Template

The Replen. Assortment Template enables you to maintain different templates for the different groups of items that you want to analyze. In each template you can configure filters and thresholds that will be applied during the Selection Phase. Each template is linked to a Replen. Assortment Suggestion Worksheet. Here you can get suggested items, view the detailed scores and ratings of items, get assortment groups proposal, as well as apply Replen. Assortment Groups and Replen. Data Profiles to items.

You can use the default template #DEFAULT as a starting point.

The following table describes the fields in the Replen. Assortment Template:

General FastTab

Field	Description
Code	Specifies the template's unique code.
Description	The description of the template.
Store-Item Hierarchy Relation	Specifies the Hierarchy Relation Code to be used for gains and losses estimation. This field is optional and only needed if you want the program to estimate gains and losses when an item is moved from one assortment group to another.

Filters FastTab

Field	Description
Division Filter	Specifies the item division that is used to filter the items.
Item Category Filter	Specifies the item category that is used to filter the items.
Retail Product Filter	Specifies the item product group that is used to filter the items.
Item Filter	Specifies the item number that is used to filter the items.
ABC Sales Filter	Specifies the ABC Sales that is used to filter the items.
ABC Profit Filter	Specifies the ABC Profit that is used to filter the items.
Replen. Calc. Type Filter	Specifies the replenishment calculation type that is used to filter the items.
Vendor Filter	Specifies the vendors that is used to filter the items.
Replen. Assortment Group Filter	Specifies the Replenishment Assortment Groups that is used to filter the items. Visibility depends on the option selected in the Store Items Ranged By field in Replen. Setup.
Replen. Grade Filter	Specifies the Replenishment Grades that is used to filter the items. Visibility depends on the option selected in the Store Items Ranged By field in Replen. Setup.
Valid Item Distribution Setup	Specifies if the suggestion should only consider items with a valid item distribution setup.
Valid Item Grade Setup	Specifies if the suggestion should only consider items with a valid item grade setup.
Items without Replen. Assortment Group	Specifies if the process should only consider items having an empty Replen. Assortment Group Code.
Items without Replen. Grade	Specifies if the process should only consider items having an empty Replen. Grade Code.
Items without Sales History	Specifies if the process should include items without sales history. If unchecked, only items with sales history are considered.

Thresholds FastTab

Field	Description
Items created within X days	Specifies the number of days if the process should only consider items created within a specified number of days. 0 means no threshold is applied.
Item Price	Specifies the threshold for the item price. Only items with unit price above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.

Daily Sales

Field	Description
Sales History - Days	Specifies how far back you want to go for daily analysis.
Average Daily Sales	Specifies the threshold for the average daily sales. Only items with average daily sales above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.
Daily Sales Frequency %	Specifies the threshold for the daily sales frequency. Only items with daily sales frequency above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.

Weekly Sales

Field	Description
Sales History - Weeks	Specifies how far back you want to go for weekly analysis.
Average Weekly Sales	Specifies the threshold for the average weekly sales. Only items with average weekly sales above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.
Weekly Sales Frequency %	Specifies the threshold for the weekly sales frequency. Only items with weekly sales frequency above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.

Monthly Sales

Field	Description
Sales History - Months	Specifies how far back you want to go for monthly analysis.
Average Monthly Sales	Specifies the threshold for the average monthly sales. Only items with average monthly sales above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.
Monthly Sales Frequency %	Specifies the threshold for the monthly sales frequency. Only items with monthly sales frequency above the threshold are suggested. 0 means no threshold is applied.

Permissions FastTab

Field	Description
Buyer ID	Specifies the User ID of the buyer responsible for the current template.
Buyer Group Code	Specifies the Buyer Group Code for the current template.
