Replen. Assortment Group

The following table describes the fields in the Replen. Assortment Group:

Field	Description
Group Code	Specifies the unique code of the replenishment assortment group.
Description	Specifies the description of the replenishment assortment group.
Priority	Specifies the priority of the replenishment assortment group. The lower the number, the higher the priority.
No. of Items	Specifies how many items are in the replenishment assortment group.
Disable	Specifies whether the replenishment assortment group is disabled.

Replen. Assortment Rule and Rule Parameters

A Replen. Assortment Rule and it's parameters define the criteria which the items must fulfill. You can define one or more Replen. Assortment Parameters for each Replen. Assortment Rule. An item fulfills a rule when it meets all the criteria belong to this rule.

The following table describes the fields in the Replen. Assortment Rule:

Field	Description
Code	Specifies the unique code of the replenishment assortment rule.
Description	Specifies the description of the replenishment assortment rule.

The following table describes the fields in the Replen. Assortment Rule Parameter:

Field	Description
Metric	Specifies the metric used for the replenishment assortment rule.
Metric Type	Specifies the type of metric used for the replenishment assortment rule. The options are Number, Rating Level, Yes/No and Total Rating. The value is automatically set based on the selected Metric.
Condition	Specifies the condition to be used to compare the Metric with a specific value or range.
Decimal Value	Specifies the value that the metric is compared with, based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Number.
Lower Decimal Value	Specifies the lower limit of the range that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Number.
Upper Decimal Value	Specifies the upper limit of the range that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Number.
Rating Level	Specifies the value that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Rating Level.
Lower Rating Level	Specifies the lower limit of the range that the metric will be compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Rating Level.
Upper Rating Level	Specifies the upper limit of the range that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Rating Level.
Boolean Value	Specifies the value that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Yes/No.
Total Rating	Specifies the value that the metric is compared with based on the selected condition. This is used for Metric of type Total Rating.

Replen. Assortment Rule Mapping

The Replen. Assortment Rule Mapping is used to map a group of items with a specific Replen. Assortment Group. This is the core ingredient of the Proposal Phase.

The following table describes the fields in the Replen. Assortment Group:

Field	Description
Division Code	Specifies the Division Code which the rule is applicable to.
Item Category Code	Specifies the Division Code which the rule is applicable to.
Retail Product Code	Specifies the Retail Product Code which the rule is applicable to.
Assortment Rule Code	Specifies the replenishment assortment rule, which is applicable to items belonging to the specified Division, Item Category, and Retail Product Group.
Replen. Grade Code	Specifies the replenishment grade that will be used for items that belong to the specified Division, Item Category, and Retail Product Group and fulfill the rule's criteria. The automatic assignment can be done using the Replenishment Assortment Worksheet. Visibility depends on the option selected in the Store Items Ranged By field in Replen. Setup.
Replen. Assortment Group Code	Specifies the replenishment assortment group that is used for items that belong to the specified Division, Item Category, and Retail Product Group and fulfill the rule's criteria. The automatic assignment can be done using the Replenishment Assortment Worksheet. Visibility depends on the option selected in the Store Items Ranged By field in Replen. Setup.
Priority	Specifies the priority of the rule. The lower the number, the higher the priority.

Default Replen. Assortment Group for Retail Product Group, Item Category and Division

It might happen that an item does not fulfill any Replen. Assortment Rule. In that case, you can set up Default Replen. Assortment Groups for Retail Product Groups, Item Categories or Divisions. The default values are used during the Proposal Phase.
