An item or a deal with a quantity greater than one can be split in the journal. After ordering an item or deal for multiple people, you can split the line by quantity so that the quantity of the original line reduces by the split quantity and a new line with all modifiers is added to the bottom of the journal with the split quantity.
You use the SPLIT_ITEMORDEAL_JNL command to split either an item line or a deal line in a transaction journal:
