There are four payment options available for ScanPayGo:
- Pay at the POS
- Pay with loyalty points
- Pay inside the ScanPayGo app
- Platform payment (Google Pay, Apple Pay)
Pay at the POS
This option is a standard feature of ScanPayGo. Customers put items in their basket, and then tap Pay at POS when they are ready to pay. A QR code pops up on the customer's phone , a cashier scans the QR code, and the transaction is moved from the phone to the POS.
Pay with loyalty points
This option is controlled through the ScanPayGo profiles. If the option is allowed, the customer can pay with loyalty points.
Pay inside the app
LS Pay takes care of the connection to a 3rd party payment provider. LS Pay already has a connection with Rapyd and is currently working on a connection to Apple Pay and Google Pay. LS Pay will add more payment providers in the future.
Note: If customers want to have a connection with other providers that are not listed by LS Pay, they have to customize this themselves.
