Action Menus on Membership Card

This table lists and describes the actions on the Membership Card's action menus.

Menu Action Description
Home Activate To activate a subscription. Displays a list of all activate status options, if there are more than one.

Single-sale memberships are normally activated through a POS sale, but can be activated here as long as the invoice has been created using the Create Invoice function.

  On Hold Sets the membership on hold.
  Non Active Sets the membership as non-active.
  Cancel Cancels the membership.
Actions Change Status To get a list of status options to select and assign to the current membership entry.
  Create Invoice Creates a standard Business Central invoice for a single-sale membership. If the current customer to be invoiced already has a non-posted invoice open, the membership charge will be added to the existing open invoice.
Navigate Member Card Drill-down to the detailed member card.
  Customer Card Drill-down to the detailed customer account card assigned to the membership entry.
  Access To see the current access settings for the member that is associated with the membership entry.
  Comments To view and edit the member associated comments.
  Admission Tracking To view the member's visit log.
  Subscriptions To view all member subscription charges that are in process or posted to the member account.
  Transactions To see all entries currently charged to the related customer account.
  Activities To see all activity entries associated with the member, both in the past and future ones.
Report Print Contract To print the membership contract (as defined in the associated membership type settings) for the current membership entry.
