Replenishment
Replenishment for LS Central is a fully integrated module designed to support the purchase department with proposals, what to order for the warehouse(s) and the stores, to avoid out-of-stock situations, and to have the right items at the right place at the right time. To support the Replenishment functionality, Aggregated Inventory includes the information from the Aggregated Inventory Entries when calculating inventory, historical sales, quantities on orders, out-of-stock, and more.
Currently, Aggregated Inventory supports the following Replenishment features.
Automatic Replenishment is a toolset to calculate the quantity needed at the stores and the central warehouses. Automatic Replenishment comes with different calculation types for the purchase order and transfer order proposals.

Manual Replenishment is a set of tools enabling buyers to purchase and distribute items actively. Manual Replenishment consists of the following functions:
Store Stock Redistribution calculates the quantity needed in the stores and warehouses, and suggests what needs to be transferred from other stores and warehouses to fulfill the demand. Store Stock Redistribution provides the following Calculation Types to calculate the supply and demand in the locations:
- Calculation Type: Sales Demand
- Calculation Type: Stock Balancing
- Calculation Type: Reorder Point/Max. Inventory
- Calculation Type: Manual Redistribution
- Calculation Type: Warehouse to Warehouse
Stock Coverage is a feature that helps users determine how long a store can continue selling items or groups of items based on sales history and current inventory levels. This is an important information to manage season based or non reoccurring items with a defined lifecycle end.
Store Capacity management is a tool to maintain maximum quantity or space consumption of sections and shelves in stores, grouped by item categories or product groups, and for a specific season. Its primary goal is to ensure that items are at the right size to meet current and future business requirements in a cost-effective manner.
