Statistics Time Setup
The Statistics Time Setup table is used to define time intervals into which the program collects
statistical data from the Transaction Header after POS terminal sales.
After you compress transactions in your system or transfer them elsewhere, the statistics tables retain certain sales details collected for the defined time frame that is set
up in this table.
There are four statistic tables:
Payment Statistics
POS Terminal Statistics
Staff Statistics
Sales Statistics
You need to set up at least one time interval if you are using any of the statistics tables to collect
information.
You need to estimate the amount of statistical data that you need and can be retained in view of the
database space that the statistics tables consume as time passes. The more number of intervals (starting and ending times) you have,
the more entries you have in the statistic tables.
