State cash assistance funds (such as TANF) are distributed through an EBT Cash benefits card, which can be used for any purchase at any store or website that accepts EBT Cash as a form of payment. Unlike the EBT card issued for SNAP benefits, an EBT Cash card can also be used to withdraw cash from an ATM.
LS Central uses the LS Pay integration and the Verifone Point PSP to support EBT Cash card payments.
