The Member Contact Card page includes a Hotels tab with fields specific to hotel guest management. When a guest is marked as a Hotel Guest, the hotel-specific fields become relevant and the Guest Type field is required.
To open the Member Contact Card, Click the 
icon, enter Member Contact, and select the relevant link.
The table below describes the fields on the Hotels tab of the Member Contact Card.

| Hotel Guest | Specifies whether this member contact is a hotel guest. When enabled, the Guest Type field becomes mandatory. |
| Guest Type | Specifies the default guest type for this member contact when used in hotel reservations. This field is required when Hotel Guest is enabled. |
| Document ID Type | Specifies the type of identification document. The options are: National ID Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Residence Permit. |
| Document ID No. | Specifies the identification document number. |
| ID Issued By | Specifies the authority or country that issued the identification document. |
| ID Expiry Date | Specifies the expiration date of the identification document. |
| Country/Region Code | Specifies the country or region code for the guest. |
| VAT Registration No. | Specifies the guest's VAT registration number, if applicable. |
