How to: Delete a Prescription Order Line

Sometimes a Prescription Order Line needs to be deleted from the Prescription Order. If the Prescription Order has the status Approved, it must be re-opened first, see How to: Reopen and Edit Orders.

To delete a Prescription Order Line

  1. Open the Prescription Order with the Prescription Order Line that you are going to delete.
  2. Select a Prescription Order Line, and click the Delete Line action.

The line has now been deleted from the Prescription Order and the prescription is sent back to the e-prescription database.
