Voyado add-on for LS Central

This module is an integration between LS Central and Voyado Engage, a multichannel marketing and customer loyalty platform. Developed in cooperation between LS Retail and Voyado, it supports retailers looking to unify their customer engagement and loyalty efforts across all channels.

Examples of functionality:

  • Customer lookup at POS using email or phone number, retrieving real-time profile data from Voyado.
  • Instant display of loyalty points and applicable rewards.
  • Personalized promotions based on personalized campaigns.
  • Rewards Vouchers based on monetary value.
  • Real-time transaction updates send to Voyado.

This integration bridges retail operations and marketing automation, enabling consistent customer experiences and simplified data management for the business.

Prerequisites:

The Voyado add-on for LS Central requires a working LS Central environment and an active Voyado Engage account.

Multiple architectures supported: SaaS, Hybrid, Offline.

LS Retail Consulting must be involved in the implementation. The process begins with a pre-analysis to define the project scope, followed by structured workshops to guide deployment.

Customizations and event setups related to the integration are handled by LS Retail Consulting and are billed as consulting services.
