To join orders via the Approved Prescription Orders tile

The function Join Orders is used to join orders for one customer within the same pharmacy.

To join orders via the Open Prescription Orders tile

1. Click the Open Prescription Orders tile in the Role Center.
2. Select your order, and click the Edit action.
3. Press Esc to go back to the Prescription Order page.
4. Click Join Orders on the Edit menu.
5. The Prescription Orders to Join page opens with this customer's orders in your pharmacy.
   Note: The list only shows orders with status In Process. You can select multiple lines and move them.
6. Select the Prescription Order you want to join with the current order, and click OK.
   

The Prescription Order Line(s) that were in the selected order are now in the current order and the original order has been deleted.

To join orders via the Approved Prescription Orders tile

1. Click the Approved Prescription Orders tile in the Role Center.
2. Select your order, and click the View action.
3. Press Esc to go back to the Prescription Order page.
4. Click Join Orders on the Edit menu.
5. The Prescription Orders to Join page opens with this customer's orders in the same pharmacy.
   Note: The list only shows orders with status Approved. You can select multiple lines and move them.
6. Select the Prescription Order you want to join with the current order, and click OK.

The Prescription Order Line(s) that were in the selected order are now in the current order and the original order has been deleted.
