How to: Create a Pharmacy Agent

1. Click the icon, enter Pharmacy Agent List, and select the relevant link.
2. Click the New action menu, and on the Pharmacy Agent Card, fill in the fields in the General FastTab:

   Field	Description
   Agent No.
   Customer No.	Here you select the retail customer number.
   Customer Name	The name of the retail customer that you selected before.
   No. of Pharmacy Customers	The number of pharmacy customers that are using this current agent.
   No. of Sales Orders	The number of sales orders existing on this current agent.
   No. of Agent Shipments	The shipment number, if it exists.

3. Fill in the fields in the Commission and charges FastTab:

   Field	Description
   Type	Here you select the type for the commission, freight, or other charges. The options are: Fixed per Package % of Package Amount Evenly-distributed - A fixed amount is added to the shipment in whole, and divided by the number of prescription sales in the shipment.
   Value	Here you type the value for the charges.
   Incl. VAT	Displays the value of charges plus the VAT.
   Payment Option	Here you select the payment option. The options are: Agent Paying and Freight Added Agent Paying and No Freight Customer Paying and Freight Added Customer Paying and No Freight
