Customer Orders can be collected or shipped.
Note:
- When collecting in the same store, the system finds out where to transfer the item either from another store or warehouse.
- Prepayment is always requested for shipped items.
Store Setup Options
Each store has some setup options for the sourcing locations:
- In case of collecting items that are not available in-store, the lead time decides from which store items are transferred to finish the customer order.
- In case of shipping, the priority decides which location is used to ship the item to the customer.
