Push Notifications
eCommerce for LS Central supports push notification for order status updates. Once the order has been invoiced, shipped, or collected at the store, the system sends the relevant notification.
You can configure push notifications from a Webhooks configuration, see Webhooks Configuration.
eCommerce uses OneSignal for push notification service. For more information see OneSignal Documentation.
After configuration, a notification subscription message pops up on any web page you open. Here you can subscribe to the notification or select to do so later.
After you subscribe, you must select the Allow option in order get updates about you order status:
