Gift Card could be used as a mode of payment on the checkout for making a purchase.
Giftcard does not support Multi Currency. The currency format of applied Giftcard must be similar to currency format used in webstore as it needs to be generated on the POS.
For eg:- If you are creating a giftcard worth of USD100 on the POS, then the webstore currency needs to be in USD to reflect the USD100 value. If the webstore currency is different it will not convert automatically to 100USD.
- Gift Card Code generation from POS:
- Apply the Gift Card Code and the amount. You can redeem the total gift card amount, or you can use partial amount, depending on the order total:
- After applying, the gift card will be added in the order summary and will be added to the total discount:
- You can see the Gift Card number and amount at checkout, so if you want to update, delete, or add a gift card you can do so:
- After placing the order, you can see the gift card amount and code in the order history section:
