When sending data to Google, use the LS Central Scheduler.
One codeunit handles the whole update. It runs against all stores defined on the Google Inventory Administration page. In a multi-store setup, the Scheduler job can also run against one store by adding the store code in the Code field on the Scheduler Job card.

To set up the job, go to Scheduler Job List and create a job with Object Type Codeunit and Object No. 10034379.
You can also run the update directly from the Google Inventory Administration page.
Note: Running from the Administration page is for test runs and does not update the last run time or counter that is registered to the Scheduler job.
- Select the appropriate action:
- Send Item: To send one item and its variants to Google.
- Delete Item: To delete one item from Google.
- Send Inventory: To send the inventory of one item to Google.
- Validate Product Data: To check the product data before sending it.
