The Shopify BC Connector for LS Central does not require any extra package to be installed in Shopify itself to work with Business Central. Some configuration must still be completed directly in the Shopify store, such as creating an app to obtain a Client ID/Client Secret, location setup, and the resulting values are then entered on the Business Central Shopify Shop Card page.
Shopify configuration is split into two areas:
- Required Configuration - The steps that must be completed in Shopify before Business Central can connect to and exchange data with the store, such as creating an app and obtaining a Client ID/Client Secret.
- Optional Configuration - Additional Shopify settings, such as languages and markets, that are only needed if you plan to use those specific features.
