Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the installation of the Shopify BC Connector for LS Central extension, refer to the table below for common installation problems, their possible causes, and recommended resolutions.

| The Shopify BC Connector for LS Central cannot be found in AppSource. | The extension is not available for your Business Central version, region, or tenant. | Verify that your Business Central environment is supported and use the AppSource installation link provided by LS Retail or your implementation partner, if applicable. |
| The Install button is disabled or installation cannot be started. | The current user does not have permission to install extensions. | Ensure that the user has theEXTEND.
