How to: Copy or Move Lines Between Worksheets

Journal lines can be copied or moved from one worksheet journal to another, for example if they were entered or imported to a incorrect worksheet:

1. From a worksheet journal, select the line or lines that you want to copy or move, and click the appropriate action.

   

2. Select the destination worksheet from a list of available worksheets, and click OK.

   

   Note: If the user is assigned to a store in Retail User, then only worksheets defined for that store are displayed.

3. A copy of the selected entries has now been created, and a worksheet journal page will open displaying the result in the new worksheet.
