Test Commission

You can test a sales commission rule to see if a commission is valid for a sale.

1. Click the icon, enter Test Sales Commission, and select the relevant link.
   Note: Another option is to open the Commission Rule card, and click Related - Test Commission.
2. The Test Sales Commission card opens. The card is divided into two sections:
   • The top section is where you can fill in information for your test.
   • The bottom section is where the test result is displayed.
3. Fill in the fields with relevant information to imitate data for a sale.
   Note: Some of the fields are mandatory.
4. Click the Run action, and the test result is displayed.

If you do not get any results, your data does not meet any commission rule.

The test only checks enabled commission rules. If there is more than one rule present, the test also reveals the priorities of the sales commission rules.
