How to: Set Up Coupon Tender Type

For coupons that have the value Tender selected in the Handling field on the Use FastTab, you must make sure that the Tender Type for the coupon has been set up on the Store Card. These are normally Manufacturer coupons.

Note: You must define a coupon tender type to be able to accept coupons at the POS.

To set up a coupon tender type

1. Click the icon, enter Store List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select the relevant store, click the Cash Management action, and then select Tender Types.
3. Click New to insert a new tender type.
4. In the Code field, select the Coupons tender type.
5. Fill in the remaining fields as necessary.
