Changing the Bag Type

To change the bag type

1. Go to the entries for the bags. Click the icon, enter Store Safe List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select a safe, click the Navigate action menu, and then click Safe - Ledger Entries. A list of all open safe ledger entries is displayed.
3. For the entries that are open, go to the Actions menu on the Safe Ledger Entry card, and click Change Safe Type. Here you can make the necessary changes.
4. Confirm the change. You have the option to change from:
   • Bank to Safe or Fixed Float
   • Safe to Bank or Fixed Float
   • Fixed Float to Safe or Bank

   Note: You can only change open entries.

5. If you want the change to go through, click OK at this stage. The Safe Type in the corresponding column on the Safe Ledger Entry card will change according to your selection.

To trace this action:

1. Go to the Store Safe card, the Navigate action menu, and click Safe - Open Bags.
2. On the Safe Bag List card, the Navigate action menu, click Safe Bag - Change Log to display the Safe Bag Change Log.
