Function
- The POS sends a query to the web service, checking whether the staff member is logged on to another POS. If the staff member is logged on somewhere else, the current login attempt is refused. If the POS logs the user out automatically, the web service updates this information in the remote database as well.
Error handling
- If the POS is unable to get answers from the web service, the logon is allowed.
