This report gives inventory and sales information for a period of time. The report has the functionality to combine the inventory information of current and previous year.
Trend report provides sales information to assist the user in sales planning. Additional information such as Total Sales, Days On hand, quantities on order and transfer in addition to current pricing and costing will also help the user in inventory monitoring.
The sales information for each location will be shown in 8 period columns. The length (Intervals) of the period is defined by Period Length (days).
End Date and Period Length (days) are mandatory fields for printing the report.
How to use
- Click the
icon, enter Trending Report Hist, and select the relevant link. - Select an End Date, and define the Period Length (days).
- Additional filters may be defined on the Settings FastTab.
- Status Filter - To filter the data retrieved, based on the selected Item Status.
- Attribute Filter - To filter the data retrieved, based on the selected Attribute.
- Day On Hand Filter - To filter the data based on the value in the Day On Hand column. Two options are available, Greater or Equal and Less or Equal to Number of Days on Hand.
- Variant - To define the visibility of Variant data for items.
- Other - To define the visibility of line level, based on pre-defined conditions.

Click Print or Preview.
Center Period
Center Period lets you define the starting period column to be replaced with the inventory movement of previous year. It lets you combine the inventory information of current year and previous year into the report.
Example:
The report has an End Date of 24-04-07 and Center Period of 2. The inventory data for the 2nd and the following period columns will be replaced with the data of previous year (2006) instead of the current year (2007).
