To add Items to a Hierarchy Node
To configure Hierarchy
The following table describes the fields in the Hierarchy:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Hierarchy Code | Specifies the hierarchy's unique code. |
| Link Only Once | If a Hierarchy has Link Only Once set to Yes then a Link can only be created on one Node in the Hierarchy. If not, then the same Link can be added to multiple Nodes in the Hierarchy. This must be set to Yes. |
| Link Free Location | If a Hierarchy has Link Free Location set to Yes, then Links can be created on all Nodes in the Hierarchy. If not, then Links can only be created on leaves (non Parent Nodes). This must be set to No. |
| Node Links Rule Active | Specifies whether the Node Links Rule is active for this hierarchy. This must be set to Yes. |
To configure Hierarchy Node
The following table describes the fields in the Hierarchy Node:

| Division Code | Specifies the Division Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Item Category Code | Specifies the Item Category Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Retail Product Code | Specifies the Retail Product Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Vendor No. | Specifies the Vendor No. that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Season Code | Specifies the Season Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Special Group Code | Specifies the Special Group Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Item Attribute 1 | Specifies the Item Attribute 1 that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Item Attribute 2 | Specifies the Item Attribute 2 that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Replen. Assortment Group Code | Specifies the Replenishment Assortment Group Code that is used to filter the items for Hierarchy Node Links Rule. |
| Skip Excluded Items | Specifies if items that are excluded from replenishment should be ignored. |
| Skip Blocked Items | Specifies if items that are blocked or both blocked from purchasing and transferring should be ignored. |
To add Items to a Hierarchy Node
- Click the
icon, enter Hierarchy, and select the relevant link. - Select a hierarchy in the list, and click the Edit Hierarchy action.
- To add a bulk of items to a node based on the defined filters, click the Add - Add Items (Node Links Rule) action on the Edit Hierarchy page.
Note: There are two Add Items (Node Links Rule) actions on this page. One is designated for all the nodes, and the other is for the currently selected node only.
