Import Data Translation from Excel

To import Translation Data from an Excel file: G

1. Go to the Data Translation Setup page.
2. Click the Import from Excel action.
3. After selecting the Excel file a message appears where you confirm that Data Translation entries should be replaced.
   
4. If the import was successful, a confirmation message appears:

   

   If there are any errors encountered in the import, an information message is displayed which shows how many entries were imported or skipped. An entry is skipped, for example if a translation ID or a language code is invalid.

   

Import Format

The import format is based on the export format and has the columns: Translation ID, Table, Number, Field Name, Original Text, and Language Codes.
