Item Families

Item Families are a basic item grouping mechanism to give the retailer a possibility for additional item grouping.

To set up Item Families

1. Search for Item Families.
2. Click the New action to enter a new Item Family.
3. Fill in the Code and Description fields.

To assign Item Families to an Item

1. Search for Retail Item List and select an item. The Retail Item Card opens.
2. In the General FastTab you can select the Item Family Code.
