Transaction inventory adjustment entries (tables Trans. Inv. Adjmt. Entry and Trans. Inv. Adjmt. Entry St.) will affect transaction replication.
When using direct replication, add those tables to the replication job. When using the transaction server, the tables are already included. When using a web service, the web request SEND_TRANSACTION must include those tables and the field Posting Exception Key in the Trans. Sales Entry table.
