How to: Create Member Accounts

A member account must be created for each member in a member club. This is done on the Member Accounts card. A member account is linked to one of the schemes in the club and the account can contain one or multiple member contacts.

To create a member account

  1. Click the icon, enter Member Accounts, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the New action. The Member Account card is displayed.
  3. Click the three dots to the right in the No. field to select a member club from the Member Club List. This is the club to which the account is linked. The account number is generated automatically a little later in the process.
  4. Fill in the Description field. The Club Code and Scheme Code fields are filled out automatically with data relating to the member club you selected.

    The Club Code field links the account to a specific member club. After a transaction has been made, you cannot move an account from one club to another.

    The Scheme Code links the account to a specific member scheme. You can move an account between schemes in the same club. The upgrade and downgrade processes move accounts between schemes.

  1. There are three options available in the Account Type field: Private, Family and Company. Select a type.

You can create several member accounts for any member club. If you do, the content of the No. of Accounts fields on the Member Club and Member Schemes cards is updated accordingly.
