How to: Retrieve Active Offers, Notifications, and Personal Coupons for a Member

Offers, coupons, and notifications can be published to members. These Published Offers and Member Notifications can be directed or published to a Club, Scheme, Account or Contact. This is done by creating Published Offers and Member Notifications.

A coupon can also be created and linked to a Member Account and then be available for all its Member Contacts. Information about which offers, notifications, and coupons are available for an Account or Contact can be retrieved in BackOffice or by a Web Request.

To retrieve active offers, notifications, and personal coupons for a Member Account

  1. Click the icon, enter Member Accounts or Member Contacts, and select the relevant link.
  2. Select the Account or Contact you want to retrieve information about.
  3. Click Related- Sales. Here you can select the information you want to explore by clicking the relevant action:

    a) When you click the Published Offers option, a list of active offers is displayed.

    b) When you click the Notifications option, a list of active notifications is displayed.

    c) When you click the Personal Coupons action, a list of active coupons for the member is displayed.

Tip: Click the Offer Category column header (on the Member Enabled Publ. Offers page) to see General offers that are active for all members. Other types are private for the current member, either for a special Scheme, Attributes selected or special point offers where the member can use points as part of the payment.

Note 1: 

Only active information is displayed. Only Offers, Notifications, and Coupons that are active are retrieved. That means they are valid on the POS at the time when you click an action.

Same information can be retrieved with Web Service. The web service name is LOAD_MEMBER_DIR_MARK_INFO.
