If store ID is passed in, only status for that store will be returned otherwise status from all available stores that have been marked with Loyalty or Mobile checked in LS Central Store Setup (Omni Section) will be returned.
StoresGetbyItemInStock will get list of Click and Collect Stores within some distance from a location point, that item is available in.
