Suspend and Retrieve Sales

A sale can be suspended any time on the Mobile POS.
When a sale is suspended, it is simply on hold in the LS Central system. Later, the sale can be retrieved through web services on the same POS or on a different one. When the sale is retrieved, it does not matter on which kind of POS, a conventional POS or a Mobile POS.
To suspend a transaction
- On the Payment screen, tap Suspend Transaction.
- On the PLU screen, tap the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the header bar or slide the left edge to right and tap Suspend transaction.
- After tapping the Suspend Transaction, you are asked to enter an identifier so you can find the transaction later when it is retrieved.
To retrieve a transaction
- Go to the Home screen, and tap Functions - Recall transaction.
- The Suspended transactions screen is displayed, where you can search for the identifier you entered when suspending.
