You can link a page in LS Central or any other web page from the Mobile Inventory app.
To link a specific page from the Mobile Inventory app
- In LS Central, click the
icon, enter Inventory Menu List, and select the relevant link. - Locate the Main Menu, click the three dots to the right, and select Edit to edit the line.
- In the Main Menu page, on the Inventory Menu Lines FastTab, insert the line with the value CENTRALWEBVIEW in the Code column.
- Make sure the status is Active.
- Scroll to the far right to the Web Client column. The web client URL that comes with the LS Central demo data is http://localhost:8080/SERVICENAME/tablet.aspx?page=99001452&company=CRONUS%20-%20LS%20Central&dc=0
- Replace localhost and SERVICENAME in the URL with your IP address and the name of the service you are using.
Tip: You can enter any URL here and the app will open that particular web page. - To get the option on the App where you put in your credentials to automatically login to LS Central, you navigate to Feature Flags Setup page in LS Central. Click New.
- Add the Feature Flag ALLOW LS CENTRAL LOGIN.
- Replicate everything again on the Mobile Inventory app: Go to Settings - Clear Database, and replicate again.
- Back on your phone, tap the Central Web View menu. A pop-up window will ask for your username and password to get inside LS Central, and when you have entered the correct credentials, the specific URL will open.
Tip: You can also enter your credentials in the Settings screen in the Inventory app, and then you will not have to enter your user name and password every time you log into the LS Central page.
