Note:
Data Director now runs as an x64 application and installation will install the files into Program Files instead of the Program Files (x86) folder.
If you are upgrading from version 3.2.126 or an older version of Data Director, you must first uninstall the older version, to clear it from the Program Files (x86) folder before you install this version.
To keep current setup between versions, before uninstalling the old version, take backup of lsretail.config file and work folder (if any jobs are still in queue) from DD Data Folder. Uninstall the old version. Replace the files back to Data Folder. Install new version.
This version was released in October 2023 and includes the following improvements and bug fixes.
DEV-42513: Support for LS Central version 23.0
LS Central version 23.0 has a new database schema table design, where all extension tables are joined into one table and field names include the extension guid id. DD can replicate to and from the new design to older design and no changes in Scheduler Subjobs are needed.
DEV-43000: Fix cancel request
When canceling a job, other than the one that is currently being processed, it could cause the job Queue in Router to go out of sync and let it start sending the current job again and again.
SaaS Replication Counter Job missing data
Using Replication Counter in Normal job could cause a block of data to be missing when selected from SaaS if there where duplicated records with same replication counter value.
Table without company name but with extension ID not found
Some core tables in LS Central have the extension Guid Id. DD was not able to find those tables to load the Table design for them.
Note: Database Connection string for Central Database must have an |bc ending, not |navXXX (which is only for Navision databases).
Delete data from linked tables
When Delete job included Linked tables, the data in linked tables was not deleted, only the main table data.
