When adding Extension table without main table in Nav 14 (2018), the table was not found.
LSTS-15325: Handle invalid job data coming in for 2nd time
If Scheduler happens to send two jobs with the same Pack ID (Guid), the second job would make both jobs invalid and cause the job queue to hang with status None. If this happens, an error will be thrown to stop the Scheduler from generating a second job.

Add option to commit every batch during insert. To activate, put COMMIT in String Parameters in the Scheduler job header.
Send Insert data as string64 data to increase processing speed.
