The status of a member contact's active Frequent Buyer Programs can be obtained via the web service GET_MEMBER_INFO.
The web service GET_MEMBER_INFO returns information status for the Member Contact's active Frequent Buyer Programs in a buffer table 99009604, FBP WS Buffer. An active program for a Member Contact isa program that is enabled and with an enabled coupon header. Programs that are enabled but the coupon header is not, or the coupon header is enabled but the header's validation period is not valid, are not considered active programs.
The status of all active Frequent Buyer Programs can be seen on the panel #MEMBER_FBP_OVERVIEW. The panel is opened by the POS Command FBP_STATUS.
The New Coupons column indicates the number of benefit coupons that will be earned considering the current status of the transaction. In addition, the user can select a program and add its earned coupons to the transaction from this panel.
