Send Item Master - Franchiser to Franchisee

Note: Send Item Master is a functionality for the Franchiser. The Franchisee imports the Item master data and updates its Retail Item File.

The Franchise Management module has a functionality to send the Item Master to a Franchisee.

The Send Item Master action can only send:

• Items that have been set up for distribution to a customer or customer group.
• To customers that are set up as Franchisees in the setup for Franchise Partners.

To send Item Master to a Franchisee

1. Click the icon, enter Franchise Partner Setup List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select the Franchisee that is going to receive the Item Master.
3. Click the Send Item Master to Partner action.
4. Select Send Item Master.
5. Select To Partner.

A message is created in the Outbound Buffer and is ready to be transferred to the Franchisee.

To send Item Master to all Franchisees in one go

1. Click the icon,, enter Franchise Partner Setup List, and select the relevant link.
2. Select the Franchisee that is going to receive the Item Master.
3. Click the Send Item Master to All Partners action.

Messages are created in the Outbound Buffer, one per Franchisee. The messages are ready to be transferred to the Franchisees.
