Retail Customer Groups

Note: Retail Customer Groups are set up and used in Franchiser setup, not in the Franchisee setup.

The Franchiser can create Retail Customer Groups to group customers and Franchisees. The Franchiser must set up at least one Retail Customer Group. Every Retail Customer Group should have at least one customer or Franchisee, but they can be as many as you want.

To set up Retail Customer Groups

1. Click the icon, enter Retail Customer Groups, and select the relevant link.
2. Select a group, or click the New action to create a new Retail Customer Group.
3. Click Related - Retail Customer Group, and select Customers.

The Retail Customer List page opens.

Retail Customer Groups are used in the Retail Customer card and for the Retail Item Card.
